Shipping Information

Production & Delivery

Each MossArtum piece is handcrafted to order in our workshop in the Kyustendil area, Bulgaria. Because of this, production lead times vary depending on the complexity of the piece and current order volume.

Lead Times

• Standard pieces: 5–10 business days from order confirmation.
• Custom / made-to-order pieces: 10–20 business days.
• Large commissions: quoted individually.

You will receive an estimated completion date in your order confirmation email.

Shipping Methods & Cost

Shipping is included in the price for all orders.

Within Bulgaria

• Speedy or Econt courier
• Delivery: 1–2 business days after dispatch

European Union

• DHL Express or Bulgarian Post (registered)
• Delivery: 3–7 business days after dispatch

Outside the EU

• DHL Express International
• Delivery: 5–10 business days after dispatch
• Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Tracking

A tracking number is sent by email as soon as your order is dispatched.

Packaging

All pieces are shipped in protective packaging. A premium gift-box upgrade is available at checkout (+€30).

Damaged in Transit

If your piece arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at mossartum@gmail.com with photographs. We will arrange a repair or replacement at no cost.
