Shipping Policy

At MossArtum, every artwork is carefully handcrafted and securely packaged to ensure it reaches you safely.

Production Time

Ready-made artworks are usually dispatched within a few business days after payment has been received. Custom and commissioned artworks require individual production. Estimated production times are provided during the ordering process and may vary depending on the complexity of the project. If production takes significantly longer than expected, we will keep you informed throughout the process.

Shipping

We ship to customers in Bulgaria, throughout the European Union and internationally. Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the destination and package size. Orders are shipped using carefully selected courier services appropriate for the destination. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive shipping confirmation and, whenever available, tracking information.

Customs & Import Charges

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes and other local charges may apply. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery

Estimated delivery times depend on the destination country and the courier service. While we make every effort to dispatch orders on time, we cannot guarantee delivery dates once the shipment has been handed over to the carrier. MossArtum is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures, courier services, severe weather, force majeure or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Damaged Shipments

Please inspect your package upon delivery. If the packaging appears damaged, we recommend taking photographs before opening the parcel. If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible, preferably within 48 hours, at mossartum@gmail.com, including: • your order number; • photographs of the artwork; • photographs of the packaging; • a brief description of the damage. We will work with you to find the most appropriate solution.

Packaging

Every artwork is carefully packaged using materials selected to protect it during transport. For larger or particularly valuable commissioned artworks, we may use custom-made wooden transport cases or other protective packaging when appropriate.
