All images, designs, text, and product descriptions on this website are the intellectual property of MossArtum and are protected by Bulgarian and EU copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use them for commercial purposes without written permission.

3. Orders & Pricing

All prices are in Euros (€) and include Bulgarian VAT where applicable.
Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
An order is confirmed only after you receive an order confirmation email.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.

4. Product Description

Each piece is handmade from natural materials (preserved moss, wood). Slight variations in color, texture, and grain are normal and part of the product's unique character — these are not defects.

5. Payment

Payment is processed securely at checkout. We do not store your payment details.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Bulgarian and EU law, MossArtum's liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

7. Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts in Sofia, Bulgaria, or through the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/odr.
