About Us

MossArtum is a family-run studio creating handcrafted wall art using wood, preserved moss and other natural materials. Every artwork is designed and made with care, combining traditional craftsmanship with contemporary design.

Products

We offer two types of products: • Ready-made artworks available for immediate purchase. • Custom and commissioned artworks created specifically according to the customer's requirements. Because every handcrafted piece is unique, slight variations in wood grain, colour, texture, carving and other natural characteristics are part of the artistic nature of the work and are not considered defects. Design visualisations are artistic representations intended to communicate the overall concept of the commissioned artwork. Due to the use of natural materials and handcrafted techniques, the finished artwork will naturally differ in grain, colour, texture and other unique characteristics. Such variations are an inherent part of handcrafted work and do not constitute defects or deviations from the approved design.

Orders

An order is considered accepted once we confirm it by email. For commissioned artworks, production begins only after the design, specifications and price have been agreed with the customer. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order before production begins if we are unable to fulfil it.

Prices & Payment

All prices displayed on the website are shown in the applicable currency and include any taxes where required by law, unless stated otherwise. Orders must be paid using the payment methods offered during checkout.

Production Time

Estimated production times are provided for guidance only. As every commissioned artwork is created by hand, production schedules may vary depending on the complexity of the project and our current workshop schedule. Because every artwork is handcrafted, production may occasionally require additional time. If a significant delay occurs, we will inform you as soon as possible.

Shipping

Shipping times depend on the destination and the selected carrier. Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by the shipping provider. More information is available in our Shipping Policy.

Returns

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

Intellectual Property

All artwork designs, photographs, text, graphics and other content published on this website are the intellectual property of MossArtum or are used with permission. No part of this website or its content may be copied, reproduced, distributed or used for commercial purposes without our prior written consent. The purchase of an artwork transfers ownership of the physical piece only. It does not transfer copyright or any intellectual property rights unless expressly agreed in writing.

Portfolio & Photography

We are proud of every artwork we create. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, MossArtum reserves the right to photograph completed artworks and to use those photographs for its portfolio, website, blog, social media channels, exhibitions and other promotional materials. We will never disclose personal information about our customers without their consent. Where an artwork contains personal names, family information or other private elements, we will exercise reasonable discretion and, where appropriate, seek the customer's approval before publication. If a customer wishes a commissioned artwork to remain completely private, please let us know before production begins and we will gladly respect that request.

Limitation of Liability

We make every reasonable effort to ensure that the information on this website is accurate and up to date. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MossArtum shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or from delays beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights available to consumers under applicable law.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria and the applicable legislation of the European Union.
